I am beyond thrilled to have been appointed the new principal of St. Apollinaris Catholic School. I have been in the field of Catholic education for over 18 years. Prior to joining St. Apollinaris, I have had opportunities to serve other Catholic schools in the Dioceses of Oakland, Sacramento, and Santa Rosa; first as a faith formation director, and then as an elementary school teacher, a vice-principal, principal and an associate superintendent. I am eager to share my wealth of experience and training with you, our students and families. I look forward to continuing a spiritual and educational ministry in my new home at  St. Apollinaris.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Chapman University and a California Teaching Credential cleared through St. Mary’s College and Dominican University. I also earned a Master of Arts in Instructional Leadership from St. Mary’s College and an Administrative Credential through St. Mary’s College.

Catholic education is very important to my family. Personally, my husband and I have put our three children through Catholic schools from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Our oldest son is now in the United States Air Force, and our daughter is a freshman at Marymount College in Manhattan. Our youngest son is a Senior at Justin Siena High School. We are so blessed as a family and thankful for all Catholic education has given them.

I look forward to the upcoming school year and beginning my ministry at St. Apollinaris. I will work closely with our pastor and associate, Father Bala and Father David, our faculty, staff, parents, and students to continue our 59-year legacy of academic excellence in the Napa Valley.
