Parent participation is key in helping deliver critical needs for the school as well as building our sense of community. 30 points (hours) are required across 2 categories.

Category A - 10 points

1. Selling Scrip at Mass

2. Fundraisers 

 

Category B - 20 points

1. Hot Lunch Help

2. Selling Scrip

3. Room Mothers and Classroom Volunteers (sometimes can be done at home)

4. Library Help

5. Tutoring Students

6. Yard Duty

7. Help Librarian with Book Faire

8. School clean-up days

9.  Concession Stands

10.  Mercy Meetings (1pt. per meeting)   

11.  Chaperoning field trips   

 12.  Hospitality at various events    

 13.  Gym helpers (score keeping, gym clean-up, etc.)    

14.  Baking cookies, donuts, cakes, etc for functions (1 pt. per cake or 2 dozen bars)    

15.  Class-Specific Fund Raising

Certain volunteer positions are available that require special time commitments. 

Volunteers selected for a contracted 20-point position will satisfy category B upon completion of the requirements for the position.  The volunteers still need to fulfill 10 points required for Category A.
